Welcome to another EFT Tapping Session on the YOU CAN CALL ME “BOSSY” PODCAST!

In this replay EFT from 100 days of EFT Tapping I explored the frustration of having to wait for the things we desire and the pressure we put on ourselves when life doesn’t move as quickly as we want. Through tapping, I work through the belief that slowing down or not getting immediate results means I am failing or not trying hard enough.

The session offers a reminder that patience is not the same as inaction. Sometimes slowing down creates the space needed for things to unfold, while we continue taking action and trust that everything will happen in its own timing.
